Senior Splash – Low impact cardio to help your heart stay fit. $46 Members, $52 Non-Member Residents.

Classes listed below meet 1X/week for 6 weeks; $25 Members, $28 Non-Member Residents
• Ab, Jabs and Kicks: A kickboxing class that is non-stop, non-contact and includes tons of kicks, punches, blocks and footwork. AL
• Body Blast: This class is a blast! Focusing on intervals of cardio to help you shape the body you want. AL
• Body Challenge: Intervals of cardio and strength training. Great music, great energy, great results! AL
• Cardio Remix: Aerobics, Step, Cardio Kickboxing and more all swirled into one heart pumpin' workout designed to burn fat. AL
• Cardio Surprise: A variety of cardio floor aerobics, step and some added kick boxing. AL
• Cardio X-Train: Calorie-burning cardio intervals that may include kickboxing, plyometrics, jump rope, athletic drills and weight training. This fun class will elevate your heart rate and shape your muscles. AL
• Core Upper/Lower Cuts: Shape and define the upper and lower body with effective, time-efficient methods using a variety of equipment. AL
• Pedal Power: Rise and shine in this spinning class with intervals of strength training in between. AL

• Power Yoga: Is a more rigorous form of yoga characterized by a flowing series of poses practiced in continual and rapid succession. AL

RiverWinds Running 101
Whether your goals are to learn how to run or become a faster runner, this class will help! The RiverWinds Running 101 Class is designed for all runners. Dress Warm! The class will be progressive so participants can compete in a 5k to 10k race after class completion. Running 101 will be coached by Jason Kilderry owner of ETA Coach. Drop In Classes can be taken by using your Fitness Choice pass, Super Class Special Pass, or by paying the $6.00 One Time Class Fee. They are labeled with an asterisk* on the schedules. First come, first serve; you MAY NOT call to reserve a spot!
