Youth Classes

Just because the holidays approach doesn't mean the kids have to be crazy at home! Bring them to RiverWinds where our staff can keep those idle hands busy as they create, play, and learn! Call 856.251.0990 x106 for details or to enroll!

Clay for Kids Time to turn the pottery wheel and learn how to work with clay as you design your own clay pot and decorate it to your liking. Make sure you are wearing clothing that can be covered in your work! Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm from 11/10 - 12/15 for those 9-15 years of age. $70 Member, $80 Non-Member



Parents’ Night Out Parents, you deserve a night out! RiverWinds is offering a program for our members. Do not look any longer for that special sitter for your child. The third Friday of every month, RiverWinds will offer a sitting service. A 48-hour notice is required. The children and a child care provider will participate in activities, games, or a night of movies. We will provide a snack and entertainment. 11/19 and 12/17 for those children 3-11 years of age.


Craft of the Month Kids 6-11 can join us once a month for some craft-making! Here’s what we’ll be featuring in November and December:

Thursday, November 18th, from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

End of Year Arts & Crafts Classes

Pick-a-Piece Ceramic Bisque Ware Choose from an assortment of bowls, plates, and vases to be glazed and fired. November 18th from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Only $21 for members and $26 for non-members.


Winter Snowman Wreath Think snowflakes, ice, and snowmen...and create your own icy blue wreath! Use the items provided to create a whimsical decoration perfect to cure the winter blues. December 9th from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Only $30 for members and $36 for non-members.



Winter Mobiles Learn to mix and match an assortment of beads and stones to create a unique mobile for windows or breezeways. Supplies included. December 13th from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Only $20 for members, $24 for non-members.


Stenciling Notecards Create a dozen personalized notecards just in time for the holidays. Make your own Christmas cards, Thank You Notes, or unique stationary, complete with envelopes. December 29th from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. $20 for members, $24 non-members.

Spookypalooza 2010 - In Pictures!

This year's Spookypalooza was one of the best yet! The Costume Parade just gets bigger and better each year...and more difficult to judge! The hayride and games were tons of fun for all who participated, and "How to Train Your Dragon" on the big screen got dozens of thumbs up from our littlest critics.
