PADI SCUBA

SCUBA Certification – OPEN TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS! The Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI) will guide you successfully through confined-water lessons in the lap pool as well as classroom-based instruction, to become a proficient, enthusiastic, and safe SCUBA diver. No prior experience is necessary; requisites include only a comfort in deep water and fair swimming skills. Equipment rentals are included in the cost of registration. A two-day open water or “check out” dive is required for certification and can be coordinated by the instructor at the end of the course (additional fees apply). Students also have the opportunity to use the PADI Referral Program to complete check out dives on location world-wide. A pre-course orientation will be held prior to the first class where students will receive their Crew Pack with educational materials and medical forms, and arrange free equipment rentals.
