New Classes for Session 2!

Looking to mix up your workout this Spring? We've got some great new classes on the schedule for Session 2, which started this week and extends through May 12th.

On Mondays, try Core Concepts at 5:15 p.m., where you can push your Pilates mat practice to the max with innovative exercises and the addition of weights and a BOSU to give your body iron strength. Looking for pure strength? Try Pure Strength at 6:45 p.m., which is a great free weight and body bar workout that challenges your entire body without cardio...just strength!

On Wednesdays, try beginners, Seniors, or those needing modifications can try ZUMBA Gold at 4:30 p.m., building cardiovascular strength and working muscles of the hips, legs, and arms. Others can sample Piloxing Express, a 45 minute program at 5:30 p.m. blending power, speed, and agility of boxing and Pilates.

Or try a full Piloxing class on Thursday's at 6:50 p.m. or Friday's at 9:15 a.m.: a fat-torching interval that is the latest craze!

Remember, members and residents can sign up for the seven week program, drop-in for $6.00, or buy the Super Class Pass for $120, gaining entry into ALL land and water classes for the entire year!

When does the super pass get reduced again ?

The Super Class Pass will be reduced for Session 3, which begins on May 13th!
