Session 6 2009 Drop In Fitness Classes

Drop In Classes can be taken by using your Fitness Choice pass, Super Class Special Pass, or by paying the $6.00 One Time Class Fee. They are labeled with an asterisk* on the schedules. First come, first serve; you MAY NOT call to reserve a spot!

• Spin & Tone: 30 minutes of spinning followed by 45 minutes of intense toning using a chair and very light weights. This class will help you get the kind of results that I know you never thought were possible. All Levels

• Saturday Morning Spinning: A non-impact class conducted on a stationary cycle using a variety of music. For all levels. All Levels

• Saturday Yoga: A gentle form of yoga focusing on form, body alignment & breathing. Leaving you feeling fit, vital and healthy. All Levels
