Love Yourself this Valentine's Day!

Sure, you can love other people, too...but too often, we take advantage of ourselves. We work too hard, sleep too little, eat junk because we're in a hurry, and don't take care of what our bodies need.

Give yourself some time and permission to relax. We have so many programs to slow down and stay healthy at the same time: Pilates Fusion on Sundays at 10:45 a.m., Release on Mondays at 10:30 a.m., Sunrise Yoga at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Pilates on Thursdays at 5:15 p.m., Yoga on Tuesdays at 7:50 p.m. and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., Tai Chi on Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m., Barre on Wednesdays at 6:50 p.m., and Deep Water Workout on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 6:15 p.m. So much opportunity, all right here at your fingertips!

Aside from the group exercise classes, this week is a big one: don't miss the Silks Workshop Tuesday at 7:00 p.m., Drawing class on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m., Discover SCUBA this Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 8:00 a.m., and Parents' Night Out at 6:30 p.m. 

Does your workplace or community organization need particular certifications for licensing or personal information? Groups of six or more can request private trainings with mutual availability from instructors and facilities. Call for more details!

Is your Boy or Girl Scout troop looking for activities? We are committed to helping the BSA and GSA earn advancement, and have certified Badge Counselors on site to help achieve group or individual goals specializing in Aquatics and Health & Safety requirements (although others may be completed, as well). We're also thrilled to now be able to offer the BSA SCUBA Merit Badge!
